Vegas suckered all the Nix money out of the West Coast with putting him as the favorite until last night.

Bechtel still out there poking around on it when they can. Seems stagnant currently.

Bingo. I’ve worked with big EPCs on scope development and FERC approvals on 6 or 7 of these LNG projects. All generally the same, but differing levels of owner buy-in/funding seem to be what kills it.

This is normal. The LNG boom is here because European countries are paying these export facilities double to break contracts and send LNG to Europe since Russia isn’t supplying them anymore. Plenty of money to go around and it seems that the government understands and is trying to capitalize on the GDP opportunity.
There’s a lot of traction on a few in Texas and a couple of the east coast as well. The sites that stall are stalling due to mistakes of their own doing most likely. All these plants have the same red tape that is definitely cumbersome, but easily navigated with money and experience.

I think thats a capable 3 deep and not overly concerning. Seems like you have the snap priority, or depth, correct though. If injuries hit, we may see an extra box safety thrown in there or something?

Good point. Background. The one deer Ive shot with it had a tiny exit wound. Luckily I hit lung so it dripped blood but I’m hunting in thick woods and found that’s the deer either made it further or the track was harder. Summed up to being used to seeing blood spurting with the shot I made. It was shot using a 140 grain bullet which I’ve seen to be maybe on the higher end for what I’ve seen here and heard from buddies.

You should see a couple of cold marines in the afghan desert if you think this is gay

Ah so are you here to tell me about section density and how that factors into a round selection? I use this rifle in the Midwest for long shots, but when trying to deer hunt in LA it’s obviously less than ideal (I did 3 deployment with the marines and put thousands of .308 rounds down range so it’s my first love). So tell me something about what I should select in the 6.5 CM to help it not cripple deer that won’t leave a blood trail? If your answer is it won’t, then just tell me it can’t be done and I’ll hold on you to grandpas Remington .270 and my bow for LA hunts.

You haven’t put a piece of merit on this board that I can recall. You just talk shite about anyone asking for opinions/help but don’t have the stones to put your own experiences and knowledge out there. Go to the politics board where people find opinions entertaining. Or even better, have an original thought.

What grain and fps y’all liking? Just got the tika and looking for a deer round in LA. Not trying to reach out further than 400 so don’t want anything that’s gonna run strait through a deer that far.
