The national guard should be brought in and treat it like terrorism. Looters and rioters should be shot on site. The problem would be solved in a matter of hours if not minutes.

re: Food Plot Blends - SW Mississippi

Go to ITunes and subscribe to Land and Legacy Podcast. They have lots of good information about land management and deer plots. They use Stratton seed. The price on the mix is important but the blend percentage is the most important thing.
You want 7 plus types of seed in the mix because the cross fertilize each other. It would take me to long to describe it but the podcast give some good information. Also, look up the Mississippi State deer lab podcast.
I planted 9 acres at our Missouri property this year. We mixed 4 types of clover (about 8-10 pounds per acre), Chicory, alfalfa, Rape, turnips, triticale, wheat, cereal rye, and winter peas. We planted about 75 pounds per acre and 50 pounds of it was the 4 large grain seeds.
Also, go to YouTube and watch Growing deer and Land and Legacy. There’s lots of good information on both sites.

re: Never ending mask mandates
Posted by salford227 on 9/12/20 at 8:41 am
Since this started, I have put on a mask 2 times. Once was to get a permit from local government in Louisiana and the other was to pick up a prescription at a pharmacy that required it. I’ve walked away from many places that said don’t enter if you don’t have a mask. I’ve told business owners I’ll not return ever again because they cower to the governor and have no spine.
If people would quit living in fear, stand up for themselves and tell the governors to shove it, there is honestly nothing they can do.
Most law enforcement will not enforce it, at least in rural areas, and the mass of people is much larger than can be controlled. This is what law abiding citizens forget.
I’m not saying be destructive like BLM and Antifa, but I’m saying stand and tell them to kiss your but.
I am a small business owner and feel the pressures of Covid every day. My pressure comes from the fact that it’s almost impossible to hire laborers because of all the government assistance. They will interview but don’t want the job. They only interview to keep their unemployment.
My vent is over.

Ok! Never mind! I did some research and found out I’m a dumb a$$! Not sure what i was thinking!

NFL scouts said he had a sub par arm. The guy had great touch and good accuracy, but Josh Reed made him great just as much as Jarvis and Odell made Mett great.

No way Rohan makes that throw. Rohan was a great QB at LSU but his arm strength was sub par

.
We were at the lake when the helicopter circled about 3:40-3:45 time frame. The accident happened right at 3:50. Also, the two guys were brothers

" was a passenger in a 19-foot fiberglass boat when he and the driver of the boat went over a wave. XXXX was ejected into the water without wearing a personal flotation device."
There is quite a bit more to the story that I’m no too willing to share. Here is what i am willing to share. We were coming out of the the lake head back to the landing when we spotted the boat 200-300 yds in front of us. The boat made a hard turn to the right. It basically did a 180. The passenger was thrown from the boat. The driving was so erratic that we slowed our boat for our safety. We then noticed the driver throwing life jackets into the water. At this time, i noticed the man was drowning. I told my son to go, go go as fast as he could. Once about 40 yards out, i dove in followed by my son and his father in law. We swam as fast as possible, but literally watched the man disappear before our eyes. We dove looking for him, with no luck. Only the mans arms were above water when i dove in. He could not swim and wasn’t wearing a life vest. It was truly a shame and heartbreaking. I’m not sure why someone who can’t swim would ever enter a large body of water without a life jacket.
re: Jalen Lee Article

Why is that? Do you know more than O? The kid isn’t playing with LSU. O knows that Mom and family are huge pulls. He also knows the kid is enjoying recruiting and the attention.
Jalen is 6’4” 296 pounds with skinny athletic ankles. This kid will blow up under coaching and a great weight program. Coach O told him he thinks he has the athletic ability of Quinnen Williams.

I agreed with you and supported what you were saying. I spoke with Noonies (Lee’s nickname) Dad the day after Woodward was announced and it was a big hiring to the family. His Dad sent me a bunch of really cool pics of Jalen in LSU gear yesterday. I’d post them but i suck at that!
Coach O said they will hold a spot for him for whenever he is ready. I believe he will be a Tiger before it’s all said and done.

Solo is saying that Woodward is making O’s job easier by putting compliance in their place. This has basically allowed the staff to fight MMA style instead of with only one hand while the other is tied behind there back.
re: Players taking offseason conditioning/workouts seriously

How many of Bama’s DE’s have guts? What about the three D lineman that were just drafted from Clemson. How does 15-20 pounds around the waist help them play better.
In 2011, our Defensive linemen were lean and bad to the bone. Chip Kelly was blown away when he saw them up close.

I believe Fehoko and Lawrence both need to be 280-290 pounds. We have 2 big guys at the nose, and being a little lighter would help these guys at the DE position. Coach O has always believed his D lineman should be leaner and quicker. Hopefully the game plan is to get the guys back to being lean and mean.

I believe Brian Thomas from Walker has a Bama offer. I think he is 2021. There is a kid at U High who transferred from Walker last year. His last name is Ard and he plays QB.
re: How this class finishes

I can tell you O has asked Lee to commit. Lee is enjoying the process right now. I think the only way he isn’t a take at LSU is if they already have 4 stud DL committed. LSU coaches love his physical build and athletic ability. I think LSU coaches are comfortable where they sit and start pushing him after camp!

He is back in Louisiana and i believe is unsigned for 2019. Do the Saints have any interest in a run stuffing DT?

Bama is buying players left and right. I don’t want to outbid their free agency program. I want to pay enough to have someone whack the GM of the Bama program. Cut the head off the snake and he dies!
re: 3 players drafted - Miles really left O with a loaded squad
Posted by salford227 on 4/27/19 at 8:14 pm
Miles classes were top heavy with lots of bust and transfers. The classes also lacked talent on the LOS! There were only 9 seniors this year. Only 1 senior was drafted

I’ve always felt he’s a little over rated. By mid season this year, he was the second best corner on the field for LSU
