Mizzou is not a northern team. If the other SEC teams were truly talented then they could compete regardless of the conditions.
In other areas of the SEC games are influenced because of rain on a regular basis. No real difference.

The vast majority of individuals with Trisomy 21 live in rural areas, not in cities. If you don't like large numbers of mentally challenged individuals in small spaces then be sure to stay out of redneck bars. Good luck. :cheers:

Missouri before any of those. Out of those three I would say Arkansas > South Carolina > Mississippi.
