Pretty large hispanic population in Carrollton/Farmers Branch so I'm sure tacos are prevalent........Unfortunately I don't have a recommendation....

Put the filets in a bowl with plenty of mustard then batter with your favorite dry seasoning.

I bought a 2012 Eco-Boost 4X4 upgraded Lariat middle of December 2011. Sticker was around 52K. I ended up paying 41.5K plus TTL (X-plan) Leather (heated and cooled), Nav, Sunroof, Etc. Everything the platinum has expect the auto nerf bars (I could see these being a problem.) and the ugly arse tailgate.
Friend I work with has a 2010 GMC 4X4 Sierra with a bout 50K miles. I drove it a few days ago and I couldn't believe what a POS that thing is. The ride was terrible, interior looks cheap, and it rattled like a 10 yr old vehicle.
Get the Ford!!!

Perhaps my expectations were a little elevated with all the hype, and cars wrapped around the building three times.....
I was honestly expecting something superior to any fast food burger I've ever tasted
Yes, it's cheap and the customer service is excellent, but the food is nothing special.
I would return, but I won't seek it out or go out of my way, and definitely won't sit 25 deep again

Absolutely Overrated:
Fries just ok
Paper thin meat patties (I got the double)
I was probably number 25 in the drive thru line
It was definitely not terrible, but honestly not any better than Sonic.

Both the species I refer too are alive and well
Hong Kong Market in DFW. I know I know they're asian crab(but not so), but I can buy Cafe Du Monde coffee in there as well as live Louisiana crawfish for 2.49/lb
This place is absolutely amazing.
So I'm speaking of live species of both
How do I boil them. Thanks

Never done this before. What is the process?
Do I just bring them to a boil then soak like crawfish or shrimp?
I appreciate the help?

Looking for the best way to boil crawfish
Posted by luvmesumlsu on 4/14/12 at 9:08 am
I have a basic understanding but I'm unclear on seasoning. Should I use both liquid and dry seasoning?
60 qt pot
30 lbs crawfish (2 batches)
potatoes
corn mushrooms
cauliflower
I will clean and purge first.
I've read to bring the water back to a rolling boil when I put the crawfish in then cut off the fire and let soak for 15 mins.
What's the best method? TIA!

I appreciate the feedback, and I understand the need for a large pot especially for a large crowd, but this will be for my wife (She's a Texan so not a huge crawfish person), myself, my girls, and a straggler or two every now and then. 20 lbs would be a "big" boil......haha!
Anywho went with the 60 qt Bayou Classic w/strainer basket for $99 shipping included from Amazon. It should be plenty big enough for what I need, and if not I'll get a 100 qt next time.

Yeah aluminum is fine. Looking at a 60 qt Bayou Classic on Amazon with the basket for $98.
I would only be cooking for a few people most of the time and would literally only use this pot 2 to 3 times a year.
One sack of crawfish would be plenty for my small group

I need recommendations on a crawfish pot
20 - 25 lbs of crawfish at one time would be sufficient
62 qt. Bayou Classic??
King Cooker???
Preferably something with a basket
TIA!
Oh and search function sucks!

re: So how many fans will show up

Same as always.....then it will be decided that Mett is the "savior" and will lead the team to an undefeated season....a couple of the receivers and running backs will be the greatest ever to play the game and it will be decided that this could be the greatest team ever. Many fans going off the opinions of others will forecast their views for an undefeated season and how great oh so and so will be without any first hand knowledge whatsoever.
