Haven't read the thread but I know from working in dealerships, specifically franchise dealerships, that pretty much 100% of their property is going to have security cameras on it. I've sat on the sales desk with the other sales manager and used car manager laughing our asses off at the new porter who backed the $125,000 Ford GT into a flatbed in the service lot. We laughed, and also paid for damages. So you gotta go straight to the service director or manager, whoever runs the entire department, not a fricking service writer. Don't "raise hell" at first, seriously, tell them the facts as you know them and express your disappointment in how it's been handled. Emphasize your loyalty, which is mainly due to the service departments for most customers, and how you feel that the trust they've developed over almost 15 years of business has been all but destroyed by this. The onus is on them to make this right, by staying calm and reminding them that they're not just at risk of losing you as a customer but that you'll also actively recommend against them to others. Word of mouth advertisement is an almost daily discussion in managers meeting, i.e. CSI or Customer Service Index scores from surveys.

If by some incredible act of idiocy the issue isn't resolved with the service department head then the next step is the GM or Dealer Principle (dealers are notoriously difficult to "see")

Most important thing though, never mention a lawyer or retain one until you're sure they won't make this right outside of court. The protocol at most dealers is as soon as the word "attorney" is uttered to us in a Heat Case we shut it down and tell them to make any further contact with our legal department. So, that's not really a "play" as much as a last resort and it would blow me away if it came to that.


ETA: obviously request security footage, hell, request to sit and fricking watch it with them. They can fast forward until they see movement of the unit. Point there is let's prove they did it and, more importantly, who did it. Of course all of this post is assuming that the dealer is, in fact, at fault and that you didn't just hit something yourself

Device is an iPhone 5s JB'd through Pangu. When I open up cydia I get this error

And I have no packages showing in any of my source folders in cydia. And when I go to my sources I get this error.

It's like the cydia store is empty. So. I googled the error and said it may be bad sources so I purged my source list, to the point where I thought I would lose almost all of my tweaks, and that's where it gets weird...

Everything is acting normal. All tweaks running fine, phone operating normally but cydia is empty. I've searched a shitload of forums but I figure you guys might be able to help.
