Every trailer or behind the scenes clip I've seen has given me every reason to believe that it's going to be great. I think it being smaller budget helps, creative people do good things when it's time to do more with less.

I did service work in several Culver's around Chicago/Milwaukee and they all had immaculately clean kitchens. I tell people here who have never tried Culver's that it's the burger version of Chik-Fil-A.

We drove from Shreveport to Las Vegas this past September. Starting in Winslow, we would exit I40 each time there was an Historic Route 66 sign. Riding through at dusk was cool as we would see all neon signs light up as we got to Kingman. Flagstaff and Meteor Crater, which is a just a few miles off Rt 66/I40, were my favorite stops.

The only reason they did that was because Louisiana is name-dropped by the restaurant. It is just an assumption by the website. I think if every Popeye's in the state went to buffet style it would save the franchise and potentially make it the most popular.

First of all, to understand what happened to Killer, you gotta understand who Killer the dog WAS. Now Killer was born to a three-legged bitch mother. And he was always ashamed of this, man. And then right after that, he's adopted by this man, Tito Liebowitz. He's a small-time gunrunner and, uh, rottweiler fight promoter. So he puts Killer into training, next thing you know Killer's GOOD! He is DAMN good! But then, he had the fight of his life. They pit him against his brother Nibbles. And Killer said, "No, man, that's my brother, I can't fight Nibbles!" And he made him fight anyway. And then Killer, Killed Nibbles. And Killer said, "That's it!" And he called off all his fights, and he started doing crack, and he ffffffff-FREAKED OUT. And then in a rage, he collapsed, and his heart... no longer beat. Wow.

Walking the Strip this past September on a Thursday was definitely more dead than I have seen since we've been going to Vegas. Even Fremont on Friday night was kind of light. I agree with the notion of casinos targeting the younger crowd, the downtown casinos were packed with older people. Vegas for us has just become a place to get a hotel that's close to several interesting outdoor places. We like The D, cheap, clean, and the parking garage is easy to get in and out of. And you have free use of Circa's pool.
