What I think went on with Leavitt/Williams is LSU was in on Leavitt, they wanted him to sign but they also didn't want him taking other visits. Leavitt said he was taking other visits so Lane signaled the alarm to Williams to hit the transfer portal. Leavitt left as was his plan and LSU moved on to Williams. Once that ship sailed yesterday, Lane said enough is enough and flew to Tennessee to not take no for an answer.

NOLA's two franchises should be the Saints and the Sinners. Sinners have a red, black and gold color scheme.
Second choice would have been to adopt the Voodoo name colors and logo, which is an easy top 10 logo of all time.
Pelicans name is fine and safe. But we never should have been a red and blue team. That's too generic and NOLA is not generic. Everytime another color gets on our jerseys we love it, whether its the dark purple, neon green etc. I'm not sure you can move to black, purple and neon green and keep the Pelican name and logo. They got to do something though
