I didn’t say they were going to operate with a profit. I said they wanted to get the club operational then sell immediately for a profit. They don’t have the pockets to maintain operating costs. I’d almost bet they have a buyer waiting...

Update on the Bluffs: The course has been bought by real estate investor and businessman Grady Melancon alongside Cecil Graves, a local Chevy dealership owner. I believe their plan is to get the club operational then flip it for a profit. Not the deep pockets the club wanted but a step in the right ...
