Consider how many times you will actually use it. Watch videos on maintenance of the griddle. I bought a blackstone and thought I’d use it all of the time. I haven’t used it in over a year.

Do the ATV/ziplining excursion. You drive a two seater ATV all across the island then zip line in the rain forest in the middle of the island. Best excursion we did.

The other side of this argument is that Joe is being patient. All big names have been moved or signed except for Lebron. Trey may be the most coveted player available for trade right now. There is zero reason to rush a trade and get pennies on the dollar.
