The worst part to me is the overlap in Tier 1 and Tier 2 events on 8 weekends. I could get behind the proposal if they staggered it so we have 1 tournament every weekend and something like the fall series was great imo. But 8 myrtle beach classics doesn't sounds great

So the "challenger series" is basically the Korn Ferry Tour. Not sure if the pga tour noticed from LIV, but just making a tournaments purse bigger doesn't elevate the event.

That you think the LGA is going to monitor conditions at Santa Maria for a state am qualifier and then try to move it to CCL, Uclub, or even beaver creek if conditions aren't good enough for you. It is what it is, everyone's playing the same course.
It's most likely at SM instead of Beaver Creek because they want it in Baton Rouge and not 45 minutes north of it.

I think you're overrating the level of championship a state am qualifier is. You can always sign up for a different qualifier and travel to Lafayette or NOLA for it.

Has to be the sleepiest, worst signature event on the schedule. They need to do something to bring some life to this part of the calendar.

Without question the best thing to happen with LIV was the AK win. Great redemption arc from drug addiction to winning.
Other than that the tour was complete shite. It's what happens when you get involved with some of the worst people in golf like Greg Norman and Phil.
Maybe LIV makes it through a few more lame duck events and finishes the season, but either way LIV is done
