The biggest and probably most obvious thing is getting to sleep early. My alarm goes off at 4:30, and if I'm not in bed ready to sleep before 9:30 the night before it's a real struggle.

Other than that just get up and get the preworkout mixed and get going.

I used to hate getting up early before having kids, but now it's the only part of the day I have time to get a run/workout in. I got used to it pretty quickly, as long as I'm still getting enough sleep.

That's fine, but we're talking about how he is going to play in the next event. JT was the #1 player in the world in 2018 winning and contending in majors. He hasn't been that guy in a long time, but keeps getting captain picks based on that reputation. Sure he went 2-1-1 this week, but he was objectively bad in 3 of the 4 sessions he played.

You keep insinuating I don't like him for some reason, I don't care either way. I just think the guys that give us the best chance to win should be on the team. And unless he fixes his driving issues, that isn't JT anymore.

At the very least if you want to bring him for then he shouldn't play foursomes ever and should only play 1 fourball match

Mashing grass behind the ball and improving your lie isn't legal and needs to be called more often. Everytime he's in contention this is a topic. It was egregious yesterday when they called it out on the broadcast after he grounded his club behind the ball 9 times before actually addressing the ball with intent to swing.

The trenching thing is something Kisner and most of the podcasters will talk about and everyone seems to point to Wyndham about it.
