I guess the point i was making to my friend is that you can’t compare what he’s done and the expectations of his program At Minnesota to, say, Ryan day at Ohio state or Harbaugh at Michigan. That’s what he couldn’t understand.
I for one do think he could lead an elite program but i have nothing to back that up other than his track record at each university he’s been at this far.

This is a convo me and a friend had. I told him i think Fleck is a great HC and should get a chance at a bigger school. He claims he isn’t because he’s not competing for the big 10 championship. My rebuttal is that he’s had 4 9+ win seasons at Minnesota and there is a ceiling at a school like that. What do y’all think?
