Why don’t they flip sides for one play so BYU is going to the other end and they can run the play?

I’m sure there is some rule against it but for practicality sake

If trump brought back flavored Juul pods he would immediately flip the young vote

This could be it- check out the symptoms of histamine intolerance and see if they apply to you
I’ve read that boron interacts with and improves vitamin d3 absorption which could mean in your case an increase in calcium levels. Electrolyte balance issues can cause palpitations. Magnesium counters calcium- do you take a supplement? If not, add some magnesium and see if it improves
I’ll chime in here since I like you all listened to this podcast and was intrigued.

I had been told a while back by a doctor that I had one of the methylation mutations. She told me to get a methyl b12 supplement and sent me on my way and I kind of forgot about it and didn’t always take it.

After listening to the podcast I remembered this and went down the rabbit hole (ex Chris masterJohn) and am currently waiting on results for a more comprehensive panel as some of the symptoms of these other mutations resonated with things I have experienced.

I decided to supplement as if I have mutations and added methyl b12, P5P (active b6) TMG, SAMe, DIM, etc to my supplement stack. My latest labs came back incredible- I (29M) have always hovered in the 500 range for T and came back with 846 for example. Most other labs came back great. My energy was through the roof, and so on.

Eventually it became too much and I was overpowering my system with the supplements- I discovered niacinamide (b3) can mop up the excess methyl groups and help bring you back down to earth so to speak and that helped a lot.

Overall my thoughts and advice are that if you do have one or more of the mutations, the supplements can change your life for the better. For the record I bought all the supplements separate as I have never found multivitamins to be affective.

However, the methylation system is delicate and can get out of balance if you aren’t careful and can cause extremely uncomfortable issues (look up under and over methylation symptoms). Methylation also affects how your body processes histamine (look up histadelia and Histapenia) just as a warning to those who start to supplement.

I think the testing is worth the cost to check and see if you have these issues, and I would do that first and then supplement after based on what your results are. I would also recommend working with a healthcare practitioner that understands these issues so that they can guide you and can better recognize how the supplements may be affecting you if experience symptoms that are not positive, instead of just experimenting like I did and getting things a little out of balance.

Good luck!

He will be a top 5 WR
I have had this same thought. If he’s on the board when they pick, I bet they snag him.

Pretty sure you can play in 4 games without burning the redshirt, and I don’t think he’s gone over that. This is the first time I remember seeing him in a game
If we gave him that contract? Yes, unfortunately. Same reason BK will have 5-6 years regardless of results
For him to lose against FSU last year with 39 scholarship players and then do what he did shows what is possible. No excuses for this game but he is not les miles like people are making him out to be. He will do what it takes to win and I think we only lose one more game this year. People need to lighten up, this can be the catalyst just like last year. And FSU will be there til the end this year. Better to get this out of the way now and kick it into gear after week 1. No one else in the SEC put it on the line like we did this week and it will pay dividends
Right where we need to be. We can be dangerous from here

For the record I would take aranda back in a second.

I don’t think house is bad, and like some have said he is too complicated sometimes, the problem is he has had some really bad results in games we should win. Aranda only had issues with mobile quarterbacks. Other than that, you knew what you were going to get
