Most tards have no clue about tennis or how difficult it is to play at a high level. The quickness, conditioning, hand-eye demands and mental aspects of tennis are so far over their heads that their ignorance is exposed by their comments.
Of all the sports, it is perhaps the most challenging sport, physically and mentally. Take a look at Nadal or Djokovic and tell me those guys aren't world class athletes.
As for LSU Tennis, I think we will be in the middle of the SEC which like football, is the toughest conference (although the PAC 12 and ACC aren't bad either).

don't direct this at me. Tennis is actually my personal favorite sport. I go to most of the Clemson matches. I know UGA owns the SEC in tennis most years with occasional runs by Ole Miss,Florida and Tennessee.

Aussie Open coming on in 20 minutes.
I am interested to see how Boris Arias does. He is considered to be one of the top freshmen coming in this year. I wonder if he can take #1 from Borsos. I have always thought Borsos was a good player but a little over his head at #1.
Chris Simpson had a really solid 2nd half to the season last year and I expect him to improve. The sophomore from Derby England should be a solid #3. After that its guesswork as its hard to tell how good the new freshmen will be.

your thoughts?
They should consider Willie Fritz of Sam Houston Sttae
which recent movie trailer featured that song?

You guys that think Bowden and Johnson did admirable, above board jobs in college, are a bit deluded. We don't want any of that shite around LSU. I'd rather see Hallman, DiNardo type of years before we brought that type of vermin into our program.

laughable

Will be there. Chick fil a takes a hard stance against homosexuals. Don't know how Clemson got in

I didn't eat chick-fil-a for 3 months after their discriminatory stance
I know when I tailgate around Clemson all I see is old grannies.

nice shot of the grass in Death Valley, accurate portrayal.

Looks like Curly was linebacker coach at Clemson from 79-80 and DBs in 1981. So he got a national title

Looking at the list of Clemson coaches in the 20th and 21st centuries who were there for more than 1 season, there appears to be 4 coaches whose records were significantly worse than West's. Indeed, the legendary Frank Howard's record was not dramatically better. Are you limiting yourself to coaches in your lifetime? Or is West's kid just the wrong Watkins?

Well Howard did more for Clemson than the record. He stopped Big Thursday which was playing the Clemson/SC game every year in Columbia and never in Clemson. But yes he was mediocre overall.

West took a good program and turned it bad and also the attendances at some of the 90's games were horrible. Some of them would dip down to the low 60,000's. He did not put people in the seats.

Ingram and Parker were bad too
He smiled when the scored vs LSU this year to take the lead late.

But he is going to the NFL soon

oh man. 4 straight losing years in the early 90's. What was wrong with him? Was he supposed to be defensive or offensive?

who was it fans? For Clemson it was Tommy West(dreadful hire to begin with, I mean mediocre years at Chattanooga). His career ended in 1998 with a 3-8 season.

who was your worst?
