Just came to post this. After rewatching the finish, if Herbst doesn't cut in front of Kes, it would have been a photo finish. He was coming up fast and and had Logano pushing.

The trash on Louisiana interstate roadways is astounding. Tires, debris, everything. I've never seen it so bad.
