It was terrible. Plain and simple. The wall with HUGE gaps that mid sized meat eaters could easily get through and kill everyone. The motorcycle rides in at night in the jungle like there were roads. It was terrible. By episode 7 almost everyone on the movie board had stopped watching it.

That isn't much of a hurdle. WOT was about the biggest pile of crap ever produced with a large budget. Sure ROP is just as bad but WOT absolutely craps on the source material. Kills people still around in book 14. Turns favorite characters into a-hole evil jerks and has the gall to try its hardest to make the chicks the main characters and refuses to let the audience know what book readers know which is Rand in The Dragon. Nothing like the women of the village beating trollocs off with brooms while the men prove they are useless. Steaming pile of refuse. I would rather watch Terra Nova on an endless loop than 1 season of WOT.

I didn't own the Indy game but I really liked playing it when I was over at a friend's house. He had given up on it because it was too complex to figure out. I too never finished it.

It was cancelled. Low ratings and the head of the BBC at the time hated it. Or I should say the heads of the BBC clashed often with the showrunner John Nathan Turner.

It was officially rested but that was the polite way of saying it isn't on the schedule and it won't be on the schedule in the future. Thus cancelled. They didn't want fan backlash like they had with the previous resting.

They kept chopping the budget for higher rated series and it showed. I wasn't super sad when it was cancelled because the show was too expensive for WYES and they had removed it from the regular schedule.

This time I clap with glee for the end of the show. They destroyed the legacy with all of their woke antics which seemed to get worse and worse each year going as far as retconning the original doctor. I hope the writers and anyone involved never work again. I actually wish ill will on them. Arrogant fricks who disrespected 60 years of history to push their politics.
