It was garbage and pretending to be Michael Jackson is in no way impressive.

The fact that you list Charlie and the chocolate factory as a positive nullifies anything you have to say in the matter.

People fail to understand that key point. I don't see how she won that money. TN is an employment at will state. If she had a contract and they fired her without pay, then I could see her winning. But if the contract had any language about her damaging the reputation of the college, then she didn't deserver a single dime.

The ick on Paxton? He has nothing compared to the ick on Talarico. If the republicans of Texas are so apathetic they let that nut in, then they really do get what they deserve. I know a lot of people sit out the midterms because they are lazy sacks of shite but Talarico is the worst.
re: 1400 dollar water bill: Anybody ever dealt with JP water department?

My Apartment complex must have been hit with a large water bill because they have inspected the buildings more in the last 5 months than the previous 18 years combined. Something is going on with JP water and they are just hitting everyone with large bills.

What part of activist judges blocking every step he has taken is his fault?
Trump is just step one. BUT, with weak spineless Republicans it will never happen. There will never be a step two.
Clearly a lot of the top level Republicans are compromised. There is no other explanation for the save act not getting through the house and senate.
In short, not much Trump can do without equal actions taken by the House and Senate and they are too cowardly spineless and compromised to do jack shite.
Credit where it is due, the democrat's platform is garbage but at least they can control their members better.

Quit posting that thread. All of my hard work gone. All of those images gone forever like tears in rain.

Nope. And just because child is born here that doesn't make their parents citizens. the kid can come back at 18 or the parents can drop the kid off at an orphanage.

When I lived in Austin, the local news discussed the traffic fatality of the day as opposed to the murder of the day in Nola.
They drive 90 up exit ramps.
If you don't immediately get in the exit lane they blow past you. Even if you have the blinker on, they will all blow past you at 90.

I would say, it started when they wouldn't shuffle Angela out of the picture when she was old and fat. Sure she helped build the station to what it was but it was built on attractive AND intelligent reporters / anchors.
It's fricking tv. Quit pretending hot people don't get better ratings than ugly people based purely on looks because of course they do.
Local news isn't that far from the trash heap of printed media. Younger adults don't even think about watching local news. The average age viewership for local news is something like 55.

Not even going to post mine. I vomited a little when I saw the hours. Price per hour .05.
The sickening part is that doesn't include the 4 year addiction to Runescape. :rotflmao:

Someone texted me
"I am going to eat."
Then I couldn't get in touch with them. Eventually I called them.
What it should have read is...…
" I am going to ER"

True but it has been slower than normal to drop. As much as people whine about prices, they don't necessarily stop going to their normal gas station even though the guy right across the street is 40 cents cheaper.
Pre Katrina, almost every gas station had the same price. Except for that clown on Claiborne across from Tulane who was always higher than anyone else.
Now you can see HUGE differences in price because people still go to the spot they like and are used to going to.
I used 40 cents because on the way home from work, that is the difference between 2 gas stations. Right across from each other but on two different sides of Jeff Hwy.

quote:And then they will continue to vote exactly like they did in the state they fled and lead to the destruction of red states, just at a slower pace than blue states.
People with the means will flee, moving to red states, and give the red states more population for the census and therefore representation.

Weak year. It was actually less than 10 minutes not 20. Against his normal typecasting is why he won. Although I am shocked Brokeback boy didn't win. Today he would easily win over Hurt in the exact same roles.
re: Which chicken do y’all Louisianans claim as the best? Canes or Popeyes?
Posted by TigerMyth36 on 6/23/26 at 4:26 pm to CatsGoneWild
Popeyes still taste the best. You don't need mayo & ketchup to eat it.
Having said that. Popeyes has the smallest chicken pieces on the planet and they shrunk the sides container again.
I'll only get Popeyes if I have to eat it at work but I can say the same for Canes. I've never paid for it but have a family member who always brings it to family events. Bland is the best I can say for Canes.

I didn't hit Simon on my first play. NG+ Simon was too much for me. They super nerfed the game from the release because I saw multiple people playing on release easily nuke Simon in round 1. Even buffed with everything I wasn't doing much to him in round 1. Brought back final Valkyrie nightmares from God of War. Even dropping to story he was a beast.
I think I did almost everything except Verso's Draft. After 2 long plays I was finally a bit bored so I didn't do that spot.
