I would be more interested in what the politards think.

At least people at K-State have no idea how stupid they are.

A friend talked to Raymond Barry a few yrs ago & the HOF WR with Johnny U said that with today's rules, JU would pass for 10,000 yrs. Said he was one of the toughest football players ever to play in the NFL. He would walk off the field looking like a LB, dirty, bloody, mean.......

I think if Unitas passed for 10,000 years he would break every record. Of course he might be the only human left on earth by then so no one would know it.

Said he wanted to make sure about USC so he wants to take some visits.

Ranked 33rd best player in the country and the 4th best DT by Rivals.

Thought I would share that with the recruitniks here.
More people would be bitching is the NFL wasn't playing at all.

Accept the fact that the refs are not as good right now.

If not, request the NFL to shut down or just stop paying attention until things are the way you want them to be.

One thing in life is certain these days..... There will be at least 1 Tebow for starter thread each Monday on the MSB.

(And when the Superbowl champion is crowned, the next day the, "I bet _____________ wouldn't have lost the Superbowl if Tebow were QB", thread will appear.)

Exactly what I was thinking.

I'd like to hear the USC fans on this one?

Plain and simple. Our offensive line is horrible this year.

I decided not even to watch the game live-- I went and saw Thievery Corporation play here in DC. I did DVR it, but erased that too so as not to raise my blood pressure with a God awful hangover (and seeing the Saints shite the bed too made me less excited to watch it).

After seeing how awful we were against Syracuse in person, I was fairly sure we would be flat. We always play horribly in our PAC-12 road opener.

One thing I hope this loss does is rally the players. I said to friends last week that it seemed like we were playing not to lose. Now maybe the mentality will change to playing to win.
No one wants to sit around and see a game end 1-0 if they don't understand what's going on.

After reading Schenter's (corruption figure) emails/letters, it seems like he was trying to bring USC down (he claims how he hates SC..would love to see SC on probabtion)

Exactly.

Yes. But the fan base and all that has happened there more than make up for the sympathy I have for obrien and the players.

I love how 2/3 of the fan base was gone after PSU threw that last pick.

If you stand behind your team, be there at the very end of the game too. Especially this game.

School officials said they "fully investigated the matter"

I guess they didn't.

Administrators investigated McKnight and Schenter's relationships in 2009, after the running back was seen driving a $27,000 Land Rover registered to Schenter. School officials said they "fully investigated the matter" at the time and turned their findings over to the NCAA. The disciplinary body "accepted the report, and no violation was processed," according to Haden's statement.

That's what matters.

LA Times just trying to sell papers...
Bump for the start of the season.

All the possibilities...

When Sandusky heard that Penn State was playing the boys from Athens, he thought Greek kids were coming to town.
