Hex APY comes from inflation, which is 3.69% of the total supply. This is paid out to stakers based on the amount of T-shares you have. For example, if your T-share amount is 1% of all T-shares, your cut is 1% of the inflation paid out.

Pulsechain hasn't launched yet. The Pulse sacrifice is over. Don't buy anything claiming to be Pulse right now, its a scam.
There is a sacrifice phase going on right now for PulseX, which is Richard Heart's Pulse fork of Uniswap. That sacrifice ends in a month and a half or so. Pulsechain will likely launch a few weeks after the PulseX sacrifice has concluded, so probably in 2-3 months. Pulse won't be on major exchanges at launch. A bridge connecting Pulse and Eth networks will happen at some point after launch, but may not exist immediately at launch.

But even if you missed the pulse sacrifice, its not too late to get into pulse. Thinking its too late to get into pulse is like thinking buying ethereum on day one was too late. Just need to dca, hold, and be patient. Also, the new projects launching on pulse will provide even more opportunities. Its a whole new ecosystem to get into early.

Pulsechain should launch in the next few months. Richard Heart is the founder. It will be a faster, cheaper, better network that brings over the entire ethereum system state. Any erc20 coins that you hold on a decentralized wallet will get free 1:1 copies on Pulse.
PulseSwap is another project that Richard Heart is involved in and will be analogous to pancakeswap but for pulsechain.

If you have hex at the time of the pulsechain snapshot, you get 1:1 copies of hex on pulsechain (phex). Value of phex will start at zero at pulsechain launch and market will decide its value. Other erc20s get same 1:1 copies on pulsechain. But you have to keep them in a wallet like metamask to get the copies. Can't be on an exchange.
To get pulse you have to buy at launch. Or sacrifice now for a really shitty price.
