I was trying to figure out if he was talking about pels or Grizz, to be honest. That was a strange thing to say after such a great win

Developing Areas of Houston

Posted by titleist71 on 2/28/21 at 11:52 pm
Trying to learn more about Houston's surrounding areas. Since recently moving from the Lafayette area, we haven't traveled around enough - Houston is obviously huge.

My partner and I are looking to buy 0.25 - 1 acre(s) of land and building multifamily (1200-1500 sq ft/side duplexes and triplexes) homes on the property.

We don't have the capital for a 5,000 sq ft Heights lot @ $350k so looking out further for something more affordable (~$100k) with flexible zoning and healthy population from a strong local industry.

We've spoken to a couple RE agents, one mentioned Texas City because to the healthy work force due to the presence of several refineries

Any Houston natives out there with any recommendations?

Thanks
What does this mean for deepwater operators drilling in Mississippi and Green Canyon?

Sometimes drilling permits are not approved by BSEE until hours before spudding a new well.

Spudding cannot begin until this permit is approved.

Are these the types of drilling permits mentioned?

Thanks

Is it time to short the market?

Was this much $$$ really necessary?

How much of this package will be funded by tax payers’ dollars?

Airlines were identified in the presser, I didn’t see hotels or cruiselines mentioned. Will a list of the industries being bailed out be released?
My wife and I operate an internet-based side business from our house. We are relocating to another city for work. We used our residence as the business's address when we created the business and bank account and when we registered the business with the IRS and LA SoS.

We are not selling our house, we plan to rent it out.

We are moving into a rental house in another city in LA so we won't be taking the business address with us.

In Louisiana you can't make a P.O. Box your business address.

Has anyone run into something like this?

Should we restrict the tenants from receiving mail at our house/their rental and have all mail forwarded to us? (the community shares a locked mailbox that is divided for each unit)

What are all of our options?
opening the clubface during the takaway. way open at the top and not being able to correct before contact

I've never seen them live. Cant wait!

The girl and the goat is ok. Somewhat overrated.

The wife and I ate at the purple pig, tango sur, blackbird, girl and the goat, and next. The girl and the goat didn't separate itself from any of those places.

If your party is 4 or fewer I think Tango Sur is a better option. It's about 10 ten north of river north near the Cubs field. Bring a cheap bottle of wine

After tango go to three dots aND a dash (go online and make a reservation) top 100 bar in the world.
Great food whether the restaurant is touristy or not.

Fried seafood
Italian

Richard Thaler, in his book on behavioral economics, Misbehaving, devotes an entire chapter to the right way NFL teams should conduct their drafts.

I read it a while ago but basically its better to trade down and accumulate more picks because, statistical analysis suggests, its a crap shoot.
wait for the new Cadillac XT5 to come out

If not, I'd go with Volvo
Hold off as long as possible/ fix it yourself

Did you read the appliance manual?
are you making him get a job? I'm glad you're not my dad. I'd have to quit the sport with that schedule plus study time
