I'll bet she was one of my daughter professors then at some point, she got her masters almost a year ago in public health.

Watching on the SEC network in Iowa, but our daughter will be in the lower student section.
I was there to see it happen and there for the championship the next year as well.
Anyone been flowing Whit and how he is doing ? He is tearing up the pitching in Triple A with the Omaha Storm Chasers. Whit's stats
Hope this helps take the Gamecocks back to Omaha next year. If it does, I may get a chance to meet up with some of you there! :nana:
I was getting totally different results, but now I see what the difference is, space after player gets much different results than no space. But no Tater will ever figure that out.
Thanks Scrooster, I check the Rant every day. Need to start getting some more posts out there.
It wasn't so much me that fell in love with Carolina as it was my daughter. We're from Iowa and she had narrowed her choices down to Iowa, Florida and South Carolina. We had already toured the other two campuses and without taking a trip to Columbia she informed us that she would be attending USC. We drove down for cheerleading tryouts spring 2009 and that was it, everyone loved the campus and we took in a baseball game while we were there. She didn't end up making the cheer squad, but she's been there five years now and just finished her first year of grad school.

We've been to the CWS in 2010, 11 and 12, saw them win in all the first two years. Now I follow them closely on my phone and even get to watch on TV every so often.

I did win a bet with a rather well endowed blonde once and as she lost, she had to wear the I Love Cocks t-shirt that my daughter bought in Omaha out to the bars. Not sure how she fit in that small t-shirt but the view was incredible!
I'm a Hawkeye fan as well, glad my daughter wasn't there the year they played Iowa in the Outback Bowl, would have had a family war between the sisters!
Wish I were closer, but daughter got tickets to the game in Greenville!

I'm here! Not much posting, but not much info on the Gamecocks in Ioway!

I'm not an alum, but my daughter graduates in May from SC and that makes me feel really old!
I don't think that there are very many major universities that would be considered easy. My daughter is an exercise science major at USCe and some of her classes have been really tough. She was a 4.0 high school student in Iowa (which is a state known for it's education) and having had a daughter go to both the University of Iowa and one to the University of South Carolina, far more classes at the U of I lowered the grading scale for the students. Any athlete at any school should be commended for making the honor roll.
I think it should be another great season. I've seen them play in Omaha each of the lasts three years and they are loaded with young talent. We will be heading down to Columbia from Iowa for our daughters graduation this spring and I'm hoping that there will be a home series going on at that time so I can see them in action.
