Point taken. I was talking more about the program overall and the level of talent relative to where it was when Pinkel started. And to be fair, they have done a pretty good job on the OL so far with the upcoming class.
Yost's play calling, and Pinkel's overall game management, drive me crazy. Absolutely crazy! I certainly wouldn't mind seeing some changes in this area. But I think Pinkel and his staff have done a great job in every other aspect of building the program, including recruiting. It must get even better if we are going to compete in the SEC. The question is has Pinkel and his staff hit their ceiling or can they take it to the next level once they start seeing the benefits of being in the SEC?

We're already starting to see the fruits of some of those benefits with this upcoming recruiting class. But really, we won't fully realize the true benefits of being in the SEC for awhile. Pinkel has gotten us this far with the resources he has been given and I think we need to give him the opportunity to show us what he can do once he has accrued some of these longer term benefits. But he is also going to need to make some changes in order to survive the short term as well.
Isn't this his twitter page which includes a big picture of the takedown? It would probably be a class move to remove that as well.
