Long time sufferer here. I have found that a combination of 3 Extra Strength Tylenol and ZzzQuil (sp) keeps me sane. However it just takes the edge off my wife says because I still twitch for hours. Bless her she lives with it as much as I do.

I dropped the key on the floor in front of her, handed her the address and locker number, told her all her shite was there and don't bother coming to the house. It was a pain to drive there and back, but the look on her face when she saw me and realized she'd been busted was priceless.
The next day she called and was screaming mad because the Seattle boyfriend's wife got the audio CD!
