Long time sufferer here. I have found that a combination of 3 Extra Strength Tylenol and ZzzQuil (sp) keeps me sane. However it just takes the edge off my wife says because I still twitch for hours. Bless her she lives with it as much as I do.

The next day she called and was screaming mad because the Seattle boyfriend's wife got the audio CD!
