My son pays $9k a month rent in NYC and daycare / pre-k for his kid is $38k per year.

Seems like the ambulance company missed a golden opportunity to make some real revenue. They should have called for a helicopter to airlift him.

About half of my FedEx deliveries seem to come directly from the New Orleans hub. Truthfully they seem far more efficient than when I incur the delay of transferring it from NOLA to BR to me.
Also, I wish DHL would expand their operations here. Never had an issue with anything using them.

Is he going to limit increases in property taxes to 5% for landlords? How about insurance for those landlords? Supplies for repairs?

When it’s done in a series that’s satire like The Great or Bridgerton it doesn’t bother me one bit. In fact it adds to the ridiculousness they’re making fun of. In A Gentleman in Moscow it’s borderline absurd.
