There's a good chance we lose Matthews and Joeckel (and Moore on D). All have been quoted as saying they are enjoying themselves way too much and want to come back for another year of the college experience.

I think when they finally sit down and analyze how high their draft stock is gonna be, they'll be rational and realize it would be foolish to pass up the early 1st round payday. (I'm secretly hoping they look into one of those McGahee insurance policies at that point :cool:)

One thing is for sure though, it's nice to have the luxury of a mobile quarterback when you have a weak line. Especially when, as Sam Montgomery says, D-lines are forced to sit back and not rush for fear Manziel may break one.

This offseason will be interesting for our team. Regardless, we're ahead of schedule. I didn't honestly expect to see the fruits of Sumlin's labor (and of course the SEC move as well) until year 4 at the earliest. Any success we have over the next couple of years is gravy to me. I'm enjoying the positive direction too much right now to really give a sheet honestly.
