It’s the opposite of this if anything, there are no Form 3 fees when transferring from Silencer Shop to your dealer with the kiosk.

Don’t waste your money on a Sparrow, there’s many rimfire cans that are better. Mine just collects dust.

Been hearing a lot of people loving their CATs. Looking like that might end up on my 300 to replace the el cheapo one I have on it now.

I use a JL on my 300blk, it’s extremely quiet but it is a full size can similar in size and performance to the PTR Vent 1. There’s so many 30 cal offerings it’s hard to recommend one due to all the variables. CAT alone has the JL, ODB, DD, the new Rat that is specifically for 300blk, and the Akbar coming out for 2026.

30 cal - I need 3 of these for the kids. Currently running 5.56 ARs with 22lr kit but will eventually move them up to 5.56 on a 8” barrel and eventually probably rebarrel up to 300blk. Need them to be tough because they’re kids and reasonable because I need 3

CAT ODB in inconel to stand up to that short of a barrel in 5.56, but also perform well in 30 cal applications. Will be a bit heavy though for kids.

My CAT mob is incredible in this application

45 acp - going on my USP 45 because screw its why not

Saigon Peacekeeper from CAT is dropping soon, if it performs for 45 acp anything like the Street Crack does for 9mm on pistols then it should be a winner as well. If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m a fan of everything CAT. I have several of their cans and they are outstanding.

In regards to rimfire, I have a Dead Air Mask and it is a great can. The only downside to it compared to CAT’s offerings here is the weight. Performance wise the 3 are very close, but the 2 CAT’s are substantially lighter.

I also still don’t know how I’m supposed to get over seeing Downey Jr (Tony Stark?) as Doom

It’s impossible for me to care that much about this movie for this reason alone. It’s just lazy and desperate on their part, a character like Dr. Doom deserves better.

I just think it’s too much of a coincidence that Doom is introduced stealing the Fantastic 4 baby. Then in the Steve Rogers clip he’s holding a baby. Now Thor is a dad and they show his kid. Seems like Doom is going to be kidnapping a bunch of superhero kids.

Only thing missing from the Xmen teaser with Cyclops was a Nathan Summers reference.

That isn't surprising to me at all. They take a while with Form 3's. I've also noticed that my buddy who uses them and has them shipped to a LGS always take a few days to certify after submitting his Form 4. I always buy from random shop on the internet and have it sent to the same LGS. When I submit I'm certified before I walk out of the door.

I almost exclusively use Silencer Shop due to the kiosk. It’s never been longer than about a week total, from purchase online to walking out the local FFL with can in hand.

Gotta have something with “_____ Form 4’s pending”

Maybe close it with “and a water snake mis-ID’d”

Keep in mind you may need a new stock as well if you get a bull barrel. I have a TacSol Xring on mine, it’s extremely light and is a tack driver. Paired with a Hogue overmolded stock, the rifle is light as a feather. The CAT Ben is right at home on this set up, due to it’s short length and light weight.

I have an old VX-1 rimfire on mine. Haven’t found a reason to upgrade, it’s been great for this rifle.

This is a comparable current model LINK, but I wouldn’t mind the 3-9x40.
Hit me by the time I got home from the restaurant (Chimes on Highland). After two days I went to urgent care, they put 3 liters of iv fluids in me. First and only time in my life I’ve been critically dehydrated, that was some wild shite.

CAT cans are quiet, but routinely come in heavy. My JL is nearly a pound, and titanium.
