where did you catch them?
I know that Bayou Courtableau gou tastes much better than the Atchafalaya river gou.
I like to bring home a few 4-5lbers for my grandpa and he cleans them well and cooks a courtbouillon with them for he and his buddies a few times a year when I bring them to him fresh.

Take a look and throw a few hundred on it. I think this one goes to $4-$5 in a year.
And the stores run out of their products really quickly. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.

Let's say you are mid-30s, making $150,000/year. 2 kids, under 10, wife works full time earning $80-90k/year.
House & vehicles paid, and fairly new.
Then one day you inherit $1million cash after taxes.
What would you invest in (stocks, real estate, a business) to really maximize profits?
Not "needing" the money that was given and it was a surprise so you want to be aggressive or take way more risk than what you would if you had earned the money...
Also - you wanted to buy/start your own business that would cost about $750,000, but you would have to quit your current job. Would this be an option?
House & vehicles paid, and fairly new.

Where do you recommend in Lafayette for a nice restaurant bar option and patio option as well?
May be in Lafayette in a week or two and want to have the option to sit at the restaurant bar if we want apps and drinks and not a full meal.

What's your opinion on best places to stay for a total of 5 days with 3 days skiing?

Ski-in / Ski-out
Can rent a vehicle to get to resort.
Would like a ski town with restaurants and things to do in evening, preferably walking town.
2 adults, 2 kids 10 years and younger.
Rather recommendations besides Breck, Keystone, Red River. (we've been multiple times to each)
