My 6.99% drop doesn’t look quite as bad now.

Most of these people are actors who had a bit part on a TV show 20 years ago and nothing much else.

I think everyone in the commercial was a bit player on The Office.
The waitress is Donna. The redhead is the girl that Kevin met on a Valentines episode and later made out with. 2 warehouse workers in the blue shirts ( Marge and another guy). I don't recognize the tiled table guy or the manager that starts the commercial.

Is it weird that I was more bothered by the incorrect use onto instead of on to ???

The last 7-11s in NELA were sold to Cracker Barrel chain out of BR in 87. The 7-11s in NWLA were sold to CircleK at the same time.

Word is Microsoft may pick up the former Lumen facility in Monroe from the state. Positive for our area if it happens.

I thought that Lumen donated the entire property to ULM last year?

What I can't understand is why the networks know that this is how the average person feels, yet won't make an easy change. Show less commercials but CHARGE MORE FOR THEM!
It's the same amount of money being made, but takes less time to show a game. Imagine how much enjoyable a football game NCAA or NFL would be by being completed in 2.5 hours. In the past I'd spend more time watching games, but now lose interest because of the length of games.
I know a lot of purists don't like the new time rules of MLB, but I'm back watching games again. I had quit with all of the 3 plus hour games.

I hate to say it on this board, but Dear Facebook.

The business is a well established fuel, tire, and minor repair shop. It comes with property, building, tanks, equipment, prepaid insurance, cash on hand, etc. It is clearing $130,000 a year

Others have asked you pertinent questions already. The ask is high based on net. I'll go ahead and ask, but I assume the $130k is net - after taxes too?
I'd also like to know what the gross is yearly. $130k net on $500k would be great, but $130k on $1M, not so much.

Everything is paid off as this business has been around for 50 plus years. Everything is in good shape.

As others have said, the a majority of the value of the business could be the real estate involved.

the airlines should put some bigger seats all the way at the back of the plane

This! If we have weight and size limits for baggage ( since we're told those are to do with safety ) we can certainly have a few double seats that are dedicated to large people. Let them board early with others that need more time to get in their seat. They can then be last off of the plane and other passengers will be happy.

Serious question. Do you think that Olave immediately goes to the ground after every catch while practicing against air just like he does in games?
