It all depends on what you're looking for. Aruba is my favorite Island as a whole.
Great options everywhere, though. Sandals definitely vary by property - most of the ones in Jamaica have fantastic service. The Ochi resort is kind of like the Carnival Cruise of their brand...it's cheap...and the crowd reflects it, but it's a great time. The properties in Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, etc. are all nice. Like someone else said I like great water.
Sint Maarten is also awesome.

Did an easy 11 miler today myself. HR was around 150. I’d like to get it lower but pace was right at 10. Distance running this much consistently is newish to me so still learning to the discipline to go slower for longer.

He’s definitely a fraud when it comes to his whole conservative ploy he runs now. And I’m a very conservative guy.
But anyone who has followed Clay knows the current facade he runs is totally bogus.
With that said he’s incredibly smart, rich, and a very very hard worker. Also he’s actually very kind if you meet or interact with him away from the cameras.
