Sublime, smoke two joints

Jump the starter solenoid with a screw driver across the 2 large post and see if it will start.

If it does check the small wire on the solenoid with a test light and make sure its getting a signal when you hit the starter button.
Google how to disable the neutral safety switch and see if it will start.

That model may not have one. See if there is a small screw going in beside the brass seat. If there is remove it and pull the seat out.
Some justvpress in and have an oring.
While others are pressed in with no oring.
Spring can be week on the needle and cause issues too.

Use a wooden match to polish the seat, works better than q tip. May have build up that q tip couldn't remove
