I’m 41… drink every weekend and still have soft drinks. I know that more water is needed in my diet. I actually felt dehydrated earlier this week after being in the sun all weekend then 3 days of strenuous exercise to start the week.

You just started drinking more water to fix the issue?
I’ve never noticed it come out of my ween but it’s there in the water after. We live in Connecticut now and are on well water so the pH of the water could be a factor.

I’ve noticed a few times over the past couple months that I had the below flakes in my urine. No pain when going. Reddit users say kidney stones. Am I dying?

I don’t understand the hype for Lane. His best win this year is against #18 Oklahoma. He consistently has bad losses every year and nearly lost to Arky and Washington state this year.

In the ad tech world, it’s pretty much common knowledge that app traffic is loaded with fraud, bots and bad reporting everywhere. Suddenly, there’s a company claiming they can get amazing results but only if you’re spending a ton on other channels(Meta). There’s a reason they only work with big spenders: they need other marketing channels running to pull off their attribution trick.
