My sleepy little area has been overrun by blue state refugees. I'm sick of seeing the Vermont and New York plates here in NW Montana. Bozeman is at a whole other level though.
My grandfather had one of the early knee replacements back in the mid seventies. I read recently that they had some issues with the early bonding agent that they used. I couldn't help but think that is what caused him to get the bone marrow infection. Damn near killed him, certainly took a few years off of his life.
I have to deal with indian IT.... they're dumb as rocks. You better lay it out exactly or they'll screw it up.
All of these type retailers have lost their minds

Orvis' DEI marketing has derailed them. I guess i get trying to expand your customer base, but theirs is just bizarre. They charge a premium for cheap chinese made clothes.

REI stores were the ultimate Mask and Vax gestapo during the scamdemic

Patagonia was overtly political in the 2020 season slapping ads for Dems along with their name. I was getting them even on TD.com. Dillon, Montana, their birthplace, is an old school western town. They have definitely turned their backs on their roots.

This is the reckoning....

Hopefully this will lead to the full elimination of project signage that praises the dear leader that a project was ushered under.
In my little backward mountain town, it's how many luxury car makes you see on the road. It means the Californians or New Yorkers are starting to discover your town.
Next up.... ACLU

Partisan organization as well.
They have been prophesying bad things about the old river control structure before it became the old structure.
I have never found the prices to be a savings. It was more about convenience when you're deployed and without transportation.
I think all the commissaries and exchanges are owned by the Department of Defense.,

That's what was running through my head.

My initial reaction is that I don't need that complexity. Either keep renting or sell are my thoughts.

Rental Property

Recently my property manager mentioned that if I was interested in selling my rental that he could accommodate a sale. He implied there were always owners seeking to add to their rental portfolio. He indicated there were a number of options to a straight up sale, like a deeded title or something to that effect. That there are arrangements where I could continue to get a monthly income without being involved in the daily runnings.

Can someone explain this arrangement like I'm 5?

Any time a Q&A session gets opened up to questions someone has to ask about Tariffs and DEI.

FFS we're an insurance company..... at least our CEO quipped with, "Hopefully services will never be tariffed,"

For DEI he pointed out that we have an Indian CIO....

So yet again the media got their information wrong.

Seemed like a foolish pursuit of time, money, and resources by Amazon, glad it's a false or mostly false report.
Libs are too dumb to realize most parks are closed or are on severely reduced openings in Winter. They equate it to "Trump Shut the National Parks REEEEEEE".

I wish the camera would have been turned on the journalist so we could see them drooling on themselves trying to follow Miller's explanation.
I was always told by my family that I was found under a rock.

I avoid my renters like the plague. If I start going into the rental they're going to bug me about something.

It's pretty easy for me to do so as I'm 2600 miles away
