re: Smoking Ribs Tips

My advise is to not over cook ribs, I like to cook at 250 , the bones will tell you when they are ready, put a small pan of water in your smoker. Use a spray bottle to mist them when they look dry, appple cider vinegar and water. I don’t wrap because Im using a big green egg.
No need to wrap but if you wrap I would do it after two hours if doing baby backs, cook a hour then unwrap and direct grill them until done. I don’t like fall off the bone ribs but a clean bite. If you are doing St Louis ribs this may take a little longer. Not over done.

English Leather
My best dog ever is a 14 year old Pitt, fixed male and he loves People other dogs, some cats. I take him to the store and almost every time I’m in the truck. He loves going. He was with some people who trying to get him to fight so he escaped and showed up here over 10 miles away, he was less than 18 months old. Never had a problem with him in 13/ years.

In 1970 I bought a new 454 Chevelle, Cranberry Red black stripes 4 speed.
$3400 after my trade of a 66 mercury. Wish I still had it. Had to sell it to move to DFW for a job.

I don’t believe someone would admit to being so stupid, I think he called out the Lady Tigers before they won the natty, yep he did. He is a ole miss fan but definitely not a LSU fan. :geauxtigers:

Who cares? They blew it last year after spending all they had on their defense then to lose to the KY Jellies, ha ha.
Update, I got star bright bottom cleaner and it worked like the the works.
Must be the acid init but the stain disappeared in seconds , now it is back to bright white. I’ll do the whole boat when it cools off some.
Excellent product !
Thanks

This is for an older bass boat fresh water only, I used The Works on it for years and it was great cleaner . Now I need to find something else. I’ve tried several with no results. It’s a white boat that gets a stain in it from this tanic water in the lake.
Thanks !
Thanks !
Been doing this for awhile, I wash the potato off then rub, sprinkle with kosher salt then bake at 400 until they reach 210.
Taught this to a friend who used to rub his with oil then foil, he couldn’t believe the difference.

About 1 1/2 acre but lots of stuff you can’t run over. Greenworks 42. W four batteries and two chargers.
I’ve had two BGE for 20 years as well , what is the deal with not using lump, it is cheap and burns great. I use one tumble weed brand as a starter. Fire is ready in 5 to 7 minutes.
Sure is nice not putting gas or oil or belts on my Greenworks and it cuts better. Plus it is quiet enough to mow at 7 am.
