Bad decision to wear cotton socks. My feet didn't feel good for the first 3 milles in the cold. Didn't meet my PR but lot of lessons learned and happy with it. Every race is a new lesson and I need to work on strength.

I'm trying to meet PR this year. I'm thinking of following my time Pacer. Is that a good idea? I'm worried the pacer might start too fast. Any advice is appreciated

Everybody on Indiana is above 5 years in college. That doesn't feel right. you cannot be in college for more than 4 years. Only 5 players on IN are below 20. The brain development for above 20 is massive
