Hi all,
I recently have had to restart my modem and router atleast once a day from dropping internet issues. I have Xfinity for internet and through their app, it always says everything is good on the modem side. is there a way to know if my issues are coming from the modem or the router specifically?
Modem is motorola surfboard 6141 and router is netgear N 300
Thanks for any advice and please let me know if i can give more info.

which app do you have? there is cbs all access and there is cbs sports.

I posted earlier about buying a used MBA from local university from surplus. Turns out a few people wanted it and they turn it to an auction when this happens. I did not get the one i wanted but there are 2 more going on ale this friday.
my question is, if i am replacing battery and hard drive on the MBA, does age of the laptop matter very much? they have a 2011 and a 2013 going on sale friday.
Laptop will mainly be used for basic school things for my wife so doesn't need to be the latest and greatest editor or processor. TIA

Macbook air hard drive

I can buy a Macbook air from the local university surplus store for $200
How much am i looking at spending for a hard drive since they remove those?
Can i get any hard drive that says it is compatible with the model of macbook?
Models they currently have is A1370 and A 1466

Solid verbal is good for general football coverage. They do 2 shows a week and cover a good bit

Looking for a cheap laptop for my wife as she goes back to school for her doctorate. She is in education for word, PowerPoint, excel are most likely the extent of the essientals. She does have office 365 from work. I know chrome books are good but she is worried about some compatibly and formatting issues with any non chromebook collaborations.
Is chromebook still best bet? I know there are some windows os computers in similar price range now.
I just want most bang for buck and pretty good battery. Thanks

Depending on what all you want, I got a Martian notifier off of amazon for $35. It sends all my notifications to my watch. For $35 you can try it and see if you like it before spending more on something else

for future reference, you don't need PSN (playstation online) to watch netflix. PSN is for gaming online.

watchespn sec network issue

sec network is the only channel that does not come in clear. espn and espn 2 are both clear, but sec network is fuzzy as can be. is there something i can do?

ME! but i live in SLC now. If it does, we have a spare room for rent. about 50 miles from Provo. No one wants to actually stay in Provo anyway... :geauxtigers:
