I use fluoro when chunking for tuna or free lining for mangroves. That's about it.

The dog was owned by the military. Supposedly the soldier had an option to adopt the dog once the dog was retired. The cop supposedly wasn't aware of this and adopted the dog once he retired as a police dog.
