What year is it ?
I mean maybe the guy was coping really well with the loss of his wife and died of an aneurism
Came here hoping the OT would have a meaningful scoop on this wild situation.

Lots of spiked cocaine talk. Is that just the OT doing its thing or does anyone really know something. Usually there are meaningful rumors in the comments or here, but with a brief glance I cant find anything. Just curious.

re: Best commonly available gin?

Plymouth is my favorite

But its hard to beat Beefeater and tonic at a dive bar for $5.

Those are dry gins though, which I prefer. You can get some really wild and floral gins as well. The gentilly gin from that local distiller is pretty interesting.

Monkey 47 is fine, its just really expensive for gin.
Would be nice if there was one in walking distance, or if the roads improve some when it gets above freezing this afternoon
Am I gonna be able to fly in to MSY on Sat at 6pm ???
Can I drive from BR to Nola tomorrow morning around 10 am or is that risking sure death?
From the hurricane, not Nola city residents
This is how it happened last time in 2016 right

This is the kindest Ive seen this board be to this city in many years.
Things must be looking up for Nola.
It seems to me to be finding its stride as a gritty, but hip and colorful, city.
It still has significant problems, but people are moving there in greater numbers than it appears they are leaving.

A mistake.

Finish it. Then you’ll really want to go back and read the fiction books. But, they are far from necessary to enjoy the autobiography.
El Bario is the best nice Mexican Ive ever had
Spot downtown is pretty damn cool
Pigeon and whale is one of the beat seafood spots in the city right now

Its like when people are scared to gonto the doctor, even if they are sick.
Is there any reliable twitter source to keep up with this stuff?
What about down in Laplace and over Ponchartrain?
