All Ruth’s Chris are not created equally. BR RC is most consistent restaurant in BR.
Dirty martinis with one blue cheese olive and one anchovy olive, rocks.
Wife and I split chopped salad and split 16oz ribeye.
Sides for table (3 couples): potatoes au gratin, potatoes lyonnaise, creamed spinach, mushrooms.
Couple bottles of NoCal Pinot for the table.
Everything was perfect. Great food/drink, excellent service

Rub looks fine. I like a little mustard(creole or Dijon) on mine.
This method seems weird. Roast under high heat. It’s really hard to sear a really big piece of meat. Also, if you sear it, you don’t need to blast at 500x Most I’ve seen like this include the 500d roast, but turn down to lower than 300. I think it would take longer than than 20-30 more minutes.
I think better to bring up to 115-120 at low temp, then blast at 500 to finish.
I also think prime rib is vastly overrated.
This thread will get lots of replies.

We fished really hard from dawn till 130 down south near the end of MRGO and Lake Athanasio. 3 specks, 5 sheepshead, and a pompano. Water was clear, but was not moving at all.

But it’s not unobtrusive.

There is plenty of free parking on river road south of skip bertman drive
Also plenty of “cash” options on Nicholson north of campus. Will probably pay $20-30 to one of the locals. These areas are suspect at best (this is where I park), but I’ve never had any issues.
