re: Best Home Warranty

Posted by rented mule on 7/22/26 at 11:31 am to
I guess I lucked out, when I purchased my home, we had the seller include a warranty because the A/C was old. Unit went out within a year and the warranty replaced the unit with only a minimal deductable cost to me. Waranty company was AHS.

Next thing you're gonna tell me is that Kramer Robertson was the biggest baby ever born in Louisiana.

Nah, that was Chad Jones' brother.
Find a way to attract crows. Crows hate hawks and will drive them off. Otherwise, You could fence off an area for them to range and put a netting over the top of it.

Term Limits is very bipartisan across the entire voter base.

People dont want old fricks in Congress.

And yet, they keep electing them.
Then they need to bring back the cherry pie fo rthe red white and blue, july 4th aesthetic

Nice common touch there Gov

So your belief is that Stanfield, Curiel, and Brown were not fast?
Why is the fact that she is even in her position because her husband died off limits? Did she not willfully run to take his place when he died? Would she realistically ever be in congress if he had not died?
Fleming isn't making fun of her dead husband or the fact that he died.

She didnt fight the Citadel. She was the 1st female graduate. Shannon Faulkner was the 1st to attend. She didnt last a year and quit. Mace followed her and was successful.

Doesn't change her hypocrisy on the issue, in my eyes.

I want to clarify, I don't think men should be allowed to compete in women's sports, but I also don't think the citadel should have been forced to allow women.

I think Mace has been a decent conservative, for the most part, but I always thought that she was out of place with how vocal she was about the whole men in womens spaces thing considering her own history. I alway thought she should probably stay quiet on that issue.
Even though its not a movie:

Fun Fact- The cookbook that recipe came from has the forward written by Alton Brown.

I can't cut and paste it, you have to click the Amazon link below to read the forward.

It takes Alton Brown down a notch if you ask me.

Hot take:

Alton Brown is a bit overblown. He created a great cooking show and developed an interesting way to explain basics, but his cooking\recipes were never exceptional.
I don't know about you, but I love me some "crawdad drippins" on my food.
Jusr remember, Cowboy Kent Rollins also advocated this abortion:
