I want to see some pistol and diamond stuff. I expect us to hold nothing back in this game from the playbook, so yeah

This.

then they would almost have to start by closing in the South end of the field and getting rid of the last section or two on East and West side.

This is similar to what I think actually happens. After 2013 is in the books:

1. Build South Endzone/demo West Side stands.
2. Move students into South Endzone for 2014 season, while rebuilding West Side stands.
3. After 2014, move students back to West Side, demo East Side.
4. Move alumni into South Endzone for 2015, rebuild East Side stands.
5. After 2015, everyone can move back into place, complete facade, everything else to make it pretty, etc.
6. ???
7. Profit.

Something along those lines. I'm not an architect so I can't do time frames. Also, I don't think we move for a year or two, because the economic impact on the B/CS community would be too harsh.
Let me rephrase what I said above, combine the two renderings. Mostly just the top one with a few minor things from the bottom. Close the corners, canopies all around, etc.

I really thought KK was going to mix in some under center looks and run the ball with C-Mike. I really thought KK would throw Hicks in the slot as well, but all we have seen is him lining up in the shotgun with our backs for pass block.

Pistol formation could solve a lot of our woes with under utilizing C-Mike (and our RBs) and our TEs imo. Just go back and watch what UNLV did a few years ago with their offense. Not saying we should completely change offensive schemes, just incorporate another look to give our weapons the ability to be utilized.

Of course, I'm sitting at a computer typing out my thoughts and I ain't getting paid to do it, so maybe the people who are getting paid know more about it than I.

Surely they would do that. I mean what purpose does that old track serve this day and age?

For the March-ins. I know.

I wish the track would be narrowed or just have the Corp march in on the edge of the field so the stands could be closer.

As a former member of the Corps I agree wholeheartedly with this. I, for one, have no opposition to completely removing the pass and review from Kyle and moving it to Simpson. Might make it a little more dramatic too, since you don't really get a feel for the Corps when they're just marching around a track. Put them all in one place, in that field, and it would look better imo. While we're at it, disband Corps block.

So in short:
1. Take out Track
2. Build new stands closer to field
3. Disband Corps Block
4. Move pass and review to Simpson Drill Field
5. ???
6. Profit. Profit. Profit.

Gameday Vote
According to legend, while they were building Francis Hall on the A&M campus, the plans ended up exceeding the proposed budget for the building. Instead of redesigning, the architects simply shrunk the plans of the building in order to meet the budget. Because of this, there are some very odd angles and even some crazy stairways to nowhere that can be found in the building. Francis Hall History
