Is it just me or does the turf in the dome look like crap??
Jayden seems way too chill to go to this level over this. I get being a little disrespected of disgruntled. I honestly don't think anyone should be wearing #5 but to take it public like this and send a cease and desist letter?! What a clown PR move.
i like best buy, they have some great deals on home appliances. Id rather buy from their than amazon for laptops, etc.
I prefer bestbuy over Amazon for somethings. I bought a ton of appliances and TV's for our house we built.
Our bats are back but unfortunately Lopez is throwing BP out there.
1998 LSU vs UGA, I was a month shy of being 6 years old. Remember nothing of the actual game but I know I had a blast.
They are hard to watch right now. The fall off has been insane.

About 2 months ago I had the worst crawfish I've ever had from that place. More than half the crawfish tail meat would just crumble in pieces when peeling. I suspect it was either reboiled or extremely overcooked.
I don't get the down votes. It is interesting and surprising. Didn't realize we homered so few times.

Up by 10.5 at this point is really absurd
Their jeans are comfortable and pretty good quality too. I'm a fan.
I feel like this is the same argument of, "Public schools wouldn't be so bad if all the kids in private school went back to public school."

I coached a rec league team around 2021. I was appalled by the lack of quality players. Seemed very few parents practiced with them at home. These kids needed to atleast spend some time at home watching some games. You can learn some things from just watching games on TV.
Wills are not usually very expensive, several hundred dollars for most basic Wills.

Most people don't need trusts but they think they do to "avoid probate or successions".

Here's the thing, a trust cost $3-5k upfront, a succession/probate costs about the same, if not less, except you're dead and your estate is paying for it.

Many attorneys push for the trust because thats money/business they are guaranteed now. They rather get that now than do a rather cheap will and hope your family comes back to the do the probate if they are even still practicing.

I should probably push for more trusts from a business prospective but I don't think it's right to push people to something that is totally unnecessary for 80% of people, especially in my area of not super wealthy people.
As an attorney, ive never seen a will be invalid that was drafted by another attorney. I've seen several that were drafted by various notaries, including one notary more than once to the point that I called him to tell him he is really screwing up.

So yes, becoming a notary should be difficult.
