I know you say this, but it's not true. Fans always want to fire their coach because they aren't the best, but guess what. The best aren't available, and even if they were, they aren't coming here. We can't pay them enough and they're set up elsewhere. Why fire your coach in the middle of the season with no upgrades possible. Everyone acts like we have millions to throw at someone. If we fire gentry we just end up with the next guy you'll be yelling to fire in a month.

4 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 1 interception, 3 passing touchdowns, and 2 punt return touchdowns :pimp:

Would the 5/4 pick and roll be effective if the other team can just switch every time? It wouldn't create any mismatch.

I really hate when families do this. Heck let the kid go where he feels is best. Texas is a damn dumpster fire right now and they aren't sending anyone to the Pros. Sounds like some selfishness going on in his family

So..if you had a stud prospect as your kid, and you lived in Louisiana, you wouldn't put pressure on him to go to LSU if you truly thought it was the best place for him? Let the 18 year old kid make all the decisions in his life without your wisdom? I dunno man...I would push my kid to go to LSU, but in the end support him.
One that I always think about that nobody else says is the 2010 NBA draft.

Pick 10: Paul George - Pacers
Pick 11: Cole Adrich - Hornets

Sure seems like after running it a few times the QB could fake the toss and keep around end trying to hit a big play.

Play is designed to let the opposite run side DE run free. Harris would probably get crushed if he kept it.

There are 35's on there too. So that's 205..which..ya know..isn't terribly impressive either.
I live in Central Illinois, so Dec. 12 in Chicago, and March in Indy are the two I'm shooting for.

Just got back from a San Diego vacation. I can't blame these kids for wanting to stay out on the west coast. It's just beautiful. Perfect weather all year.

Franks didn't run much, but averaged over 10 yards per carry when he did.

Patterson averaged like... 0.3 yards per carry... so..
Franks is considered dual threat

August heat here and August heat in Illinois are two completely different animals. Could see him having trouble. Hopefully we see him on the field this year!!

Growing up in Cenla, and now living in Central Illinois, this is very true. And people up here complain about the heat...

Now the winters...you Louisiana boys should never complain
Just to go back to these guys being dual threat or pocket passers. This is the guys rushing stats last year.

Patterson:
GP CAR YDS AVG Y/G LNG TD
13 - 55 - 134 - 2.4 - 10.3 - 46 - 3

Franks:
GP CAR YDS AVG Y/G LNG TD
11 - 28 - 425 - 15.2 - 38.6 - 55 - 3

Both of these guys are Pocket Passers. Only one of them I would consider being a threat with his legs as well..

What would be the dream CB class this year?

Savion, Fulton, ????

Trayvon? Greedy? Broussard? Ladler? Carter??

How many and how the heck do you choose?
Is he even on 247 or another site? I can't find him anywhere but MaxPreps

Talked to a girl that went to school with him. When he wasn't at practice in college, he was at the bars. Definitely has a problem. Hope he gets some help.

At least Jennings acknowledges that he didn't have a good game. JJ would have blamed it on everyone but himself.
