Not much different than in the 1991 Governors race, having to choose between Edwin Edwards, a man who was indicted in the 80's on federal corruption and racketeering charges and later convicted on those same charges, or David Duke, a Grand Wizard of the KKK.

1991 Mazda B2200 SE5
This was the 1st brand new vehicle I ever owned. I just got hired on the FD in 1991 and needed a new ride. My parents co-signed for me since I was just 19 and had no credit, paid $9000 brand new. It was a good truck, had manual transmission, windows and locks, no frills and it was blue instead of white.

and will that change how I fit into the club today.

Yes, players distance clubs don't spin as much and if you start playing more and getting better, you will hopefully hit the ball with the center of the clubface more, in turn you will strike the ball well but the ball will not spin enough to hold the greens thus needing a different set of clubs if you're serious about it. If you don't hit your irons high, this will make matters worse. Try sets until you can find one that you can hit a 7 iron at least 80' high, 16-20 degrees launch angle, 45-50 degrees descent angle(great for holding greens) and with 5500-7000 spin. You can buy brand new irons that are the previous years model for several hundred dollars less and now is the time with all the new stuff coming out.

Not a Tony fan but this thread is pretty gay

Well, he is in San Francisco...
I was on the FD and working EMS at the Century Link in Bossier City when she came in concert. She had a big stage and a tunnel that went under the stage for crossing back and forth. I was on the floor and her and some security guys walked by, she looked at me and I thought at the time that she was the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. :pimp:

Can I lease?

Why yes, you can lease to own. For just $699, you too can have the new Titleist GTS2, but wait, there's more, for just another $250, you can upgrade your shaft to the Graphite Design Tour AD DI, the same shaft Tiger Woods used to use. In total, you get the new Titleist GTS2 with upgraded shaft for just $949, a savings of $50. You pay just $26.20 for 60 months at an APR of 22%. Come by your local golf shop now and get yours today!

Yellow Shell sign

They need to change that, I can't see the ball when it crosses it.
The fire happened March 12 and the Ford was still fully operational and flying missions. They are headed to Crete now for repairs, supposed to take 7-10 days. Only in the last day or two did officials confirm it would leave station and head to Crete for repairs, so they were still flying sorties after the fire.

They are there for 2 years. 6 piliots all together. Each year 3 stay, 3 leave and 3 new are added. They do this so there are experienced show pilots to train the 3 new ones who join the team.
They can substantially lower their monthly deduction now by claiming married and 9 dependents and not file their taxes. I don't know how long it will take for the IRS to catch up to them but eventually they will suffer the consequences.
But my tax dollars can go to fund your $100,000 worthless college degree that no industry has a use for.

Drive for show, putt for dough.

That's old school advice, analytics says otherwise. Being able to shorten the course leads to shorter approach shots which statistically get closer to the hole. Shorted approach shots increase birdie chances. According to analytics, 1. approach shots 2. driving distance/ keeping it in play 3. short game 4. putting.

A typical 15 hcp golfer loses roughly: 3 strokes off the tee, 4-5 strokes on approach, 1-2 strokes around the green and 1 stroke putting. The majority of strokes lost come before the putter ever comes out.

Notice the Tour players increased desire to hit it farther. It doesn't really matter to them if they hit fairways, they want to get it as far down the fairway as possible to shorten their approach shot so they can get it closer to the hole. What good does it do you to be a great putter if you're putting for bogey the majority of the time because you can't hit greens in regulation and the #1 factor in hitting greens in regulation is how close one is from the hole after their drive.

Are the irons he has fit for him or are they just some old clubs y'all picked up. Having clubs that are fit for length, lie angle, flex and weight are extremely important to how the club reacts to the turf and ball. I'm not saying you need to go to Club Champion and try 15 different club head, shaft combo's and spend a ton of money. You can get this done at Edwin Watts, Golf Galaxy or maybe Dicks. You can buy good used clubs and have them trimmed if they are too long or 2nd swing has thousands of used sets that could match his specifications.

Curious, how much difference can an aftermarket shaft in a putter make? I know a driver shaft can make a huge difference in the fact that there's a lot of force applied to it. I have a LAB DF3 and couldn't make myself spend the extra $300 for the Accra shaft.

It's the nicest, cleanest amusement park I've ever been to. Not sure you need 2 days there, it's not very big but it is for sure a good time. I second Cades Cove. We rented a side-by-side ATV and drove it to the park, saw several bears within 20' of us. There are several dinner theaters that are there. Gatlinburg is a very touristy town but it's not too far from Pigeon Forge and there are several things to do there. The suspension bridge was a good experience and there is an aquarium. Anakeesta adventure park looked pretty good, we didn't make time for it and there is a sky tower like in Hot Springs. There is a ton of things to do in the area, y'all will have a good time for sure.
