David Schwimmer as Captain Sobel in BoB. He was perfectly cast.
re: Could a GOT spinoff about the Nightfort work?

Robert's Rebellion would be the best spinoff they could do. A lot of good stories in it.
re: Tell me why Imperial is better than the Metric system

0DEGF is not meaningless. Fahrenheit based the his scale on 100 being (or close to being) body temperature and 0 being the freezing temp of of a particular brine, in this case 50% ammonium chloride/water solution.
Anyway, I don't think any of the temperature scales really have that much to do with Imperial/Metric. I believe the Celsius scale predates the metric system, and was later adopted as IS as a "metric" scale.

Glycine Combat is right at your price point.

FYI. Not sure if discussed, but FX shows have always looked terrible on YouTube TV, and usually they look even worse on Hulu.
Fortunately, if you have Disney+, Shogun is streamed in UHD with Dolbyvision and it looks fantastic like the show deserves.

Puerto Morelos has become the annual spot for my wife and I. Great snorkeling, beach clubs, excellent restaurants and cenotes are close by. The port side of PM is all walkable and houses/condos are very reasonable. Much smaller and chiller that Isla or Tulum. I would definitely not miss it.

Chinese restaurant on Greenwell Springs
Posted by bigfatpimp on 2/17/24 at 1:25 pm
Anyone remember the original name of the Chinese restaurant on greenwell springs? The building is still there. Very large building, had a bridge with koi ponds, very opulent interior. Trying to remember the name when it opened in mid to late 80s.

We were there in 2022 for Bengals vs Rams, which was a 630pm EST kickoff. We walked around all day asking if places would have game on, and most said they would not. We ended up going to Puckers, which was packed. I believe Chiefs vs 49ers will also be a 630 kickoff.

I've used Trader Joe's and the deli at Alexander's will sell you fresh dough. Have also made my own, and they all came out great. But the best dough I've found is
Brooklyn Pizza Dough (frozen)
It was just better than anything I made or bought in town fresh. Both Alexander's and Calandro's used to have it in there frozen section, but neither has stocked it for a while.

My favorite show on TV right now. Only issue is, they talk so fast, I constantly have to rewind to read the subtitles because they aren't on the screen for very long.
