I definitely overestimated my weights to use. Had to drop weights on several movements. Curls to OHP was a bitch. Felt great to get a bit of a shoulder pump though. That's one area where Squatober was lacking. Now I'm struggling to lift my protein shake up to my mouth to drink it. The pump...
