My wife works for them. Everything you have read is true. A lot of those jobs are being outsourced to India. Lot of major companies doing this now.

Many years ago somewhere around late 90's-early 2000, my dad caught one off the coast of MS. We had no clue what it was at the time. Was watching one of those fishing shows later and the guy caught a snook in FL.
Did some digging and it turns out that they used to be quite common along the N gulf coast. I guess all of the net fishing either wiped them out or drove them south.
