How did it look like he was laying out to catch that then lands on his feet like a cat.
re: Dwarf Mondo or ???

I have the same except my zoysia stays nice. Maybe I’m getting a little peculiar but to me I wouldn’t want to step on the mondo if it were raised higher that the paver. Also not sure how well it would fill. How about Irish moss?

I hate ole Miss. But let’s be honest, she’s a 3 in Oxford and that’s her problem.

2 runs was the fewest we could have possibly scored that inning. Damn.

Chris Stapleton will probably go down as one of the best songwriters of all time. Whether you like country or not he’s great. First time I heard this song was right after my dad passed away. 10+ years later and it’s still a tough listen.

It’s a tough game. At some point it’s all about how much you want it compared to the next guy. You wake up at 6 am to workout and the other guy is up at 4. You think 100 reps is enough and the next guy is doubling that. You just become a metric based of a value. Yeah we paid 5 million for you but we have this guy that’s cheaper and will produce close to the same numbers.

Loves to be short. My reel was kicking my arse so I bought a Rotarola. Still keep it at under an inch(around 5/8) . Definitely not as good of a cut as the reel but pretty nice. I’ll rotate between reel and Rotarola. Especially if I get to where I have to skip a cut.

I feel like mine just gets thick in spots and needs thinning. It’s when it goes horizontal and not vertical and my reel mower just glides over it.
Yes you can kill Bermuda and not zoysia. But it’s expensive
This year is the earliest I ever got on top of my grass. Put down a granular Specticle to try and win against dove weed. Then went 20-0-0 a couple weeks ago. It’s looking good already. Still some ugly spots from scalp but should look better by the end of the month.

They used to be able to configure the dome for real baseball dimensions but not since the renovation. Looks like they had a really short porch in left that wouldn’t work for a real baseball game, not sure what the dimensions were.
Can they still use the dome for baseball with regular dimensions? That turf looked like it was not meant for the dome. Figured they just made it fit so they could keep the crowd at full capacity. You really have to love that shite to sit in RF corner.

That spot for TV was terrible. It was a low pitch but it wasn’t that low. The ball is breaking.

Tough when you throwing to a spot and can’t get a call but by the 3rd pitcher maybe the strategy should shift.

Vandy getting corner. We have not. Needs to protect on that pitch.

Remember when we got beat by Texas then a few weeks later swept by Auburn. We were about on the same level of melt as this board is now.
Leaders need to step up and we need a little better consistency. Jay will be pulling the strings when the time is right. Plenty of talent on this team on both sides.
If we don’t have a good showing this weekend then we can hit the panic button.

re: What year did you stop writing checks and balancing your checkbook?
Posted by Art Vandelay on 3/6/26 at 4:39 pm to PelicanState87
I haven’t balanced my checkbook since I graduated and got a real job. Not very hard to not spend more than you have. My dad would always get mad because he thought the bank would always make errors I guess. I still write about 10 checks a year. Mostly to people who do odd jobs around the house like painting and repairs.
re: How long are we gonna use "that's baseball" or "it's not conference play" to excuse hits?
Posted by Art Vandelay on 3/2/26 at 7:36 am to Korali
Scored 1 run in a national title game and won. Not really worried.

Blue. Or just pull a string and use it to guide the gun. I hate nails and screws that are just all over the place. Just looks lazy.
re: College football powerhouse's spending spree breaks bank with $40 million roster - LSU

Bottom line is Pete Nakos doesn’t know shite about what any team spends. It’s a guess based on what they value players and the value is a guess. All these deals are not public.
