All insulation does, even the best ( spray foam) is slow down heat transfer. If you want your garage cooler you need to cool it.

The flap (back draft damper) on the drier vent cap isn’t closing very well. Hot from outside and cold from inside are mixing causing sweating. Your old drier door was better insulated.
Bleach, espically routinely using bleach will greatly reduce the life of the coils. Hot water out of the tap twice a year. If it gets clogged use a shop vac first, suck it out both ways then if still necessary blow it out.
That’s a terrible idea, it makes the house negative which is not a good thing.

I don’t know if you have a leak or not but I guarantee the majority of evaporation around South LA happens when we have strong north winds. That mostly happens in the winter here.

No matter how much air you push downstairs upstairs will always be hotter. Heat rises.
Whatever is being powered by the breaker has a dead short.
