re: Top 5 RBs for 2012

I don't know about Davis and Lattimore. They are top names and top talents...just not sure they strong they come back. Davis probably has a better shot considering that he has had more time to heal. Lattimore SHOULD be the top back in the SEC in 2013 though.

Why did AU find out about our trees: That dumbass called Fbomb and bragged about it. It's not like we planned the timing.
I'm sorry, too soon? It was mostly a rib, settle down.
Y'all can't even decide if they're dying or not. Good thing y'all didn't get to roll them much this year I guess.
For the record, I hate that it happened. That was as low class as it gets. Now, let's get back to fighting again.

Not a hot enough prospect. We need his leadership next year. Good news for us!

I think Kirby could be an option, but I think most coaches will be chomping at the bit. Bob Stoops is a name that I kind of wonder about. I say we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

Whether or not they're living or dying usually has to do with whether or not the NCAA is sniffing around down there. I guess since Auburn was cleared, there may be hope.

Man, I LSU does have better receivers. We'd have a better case if DC had played

I would have rather seen Bama vs Wiscy than I had Clemson.

Dude, we left 20 points on the field. We should have beaten y'all by 2 scores. As far as beating us by 2 scores, you're a daisy if you do. Let's talk Tuesday.

I agree. He didn't do to well that first game.

Remember this when they shank every mid-to-long range attempt in the Championship game and people act like its LSU getting lucky again.
I never said that LSU got lucky. Our mistakes cost us big time...and your offense couldn't do much against us either. I don't remember seeing you guys sniff the redzone that much.
Any Bama knows our kicking game is bad. I still say the worst mistake that we made was letting PJ Fitzgerald kick that long FG, which you guys blocked.
The whole point of this thread is a response to LSU fan who act like you guys beat us down in that first game. You didn't. You won't Monday either.
re: How Will Bama's Lack of Respect for LSU Affect the Way the Tide Plays?
Posted by delrod03 on 1/5/12 at 3:27 pm
AlaTiger, the approach that Saban has is that if we lose, we didn't execute. I think what we're referring to is that we didn't play a mistake free game. If neither side makes a mistake, and you guys still win, there's nothing else to do but tip our hats. That wasn't the case with the first game. Our mistakes cost us dearly. If we hang on to one pass, or if we don't block in the back on a big return...stuff like that. It's not anything against LSU. It's just the mentality that if we play a perfect game, we win. If we make no mistakes in this game, and y'all still win, there's not alot we can say.

Well, I guess there's nothing more to say then. Maybe the AP or the Sports Writers of America will throw you guys a bone Monday night.
You stay classy LSU fan.

I've also heard it on ESPN. I've heard it from the like of Tim Brando and Gary Danielson as well.

I probably should have specified that I was referring to posts in this forum. Should have known the the corn dog deductive reasoning skills weren't too sharp.

Should we even watch the BCSCG?
Posted by delrod03 on 1/5/12 at 2:44 pm
All I've heard is how LSU is far superior. Evidently, there's no need to watch the game. Listen, LSU fans...you got us the last game. We say that we beat ourselves because we made the mistakes in that game. Outside of Jarret Lee, y'all didn't. However, don't act like you beat us down. Regulation ended in a 6-6 tie...and you're defense made the big plays in overtime.
Y'all know what's coming Monday. It's going to another hard hitting game. If you win, I'll tip my hat to you. However, we're good enough to beat you and you know it.

re: Bama to split #1 Ranking with Okla St. with a win....
Posted by delrod03 on 1/3/12 at 11:48 am
AP voters have already been polled and it's gonna be the winner of the BSCCG no matter what. If we beat y'all by a FG in OT, most said they'd still vote us #1. I don't look for a split title.

Dude, like it to not...we're in the game. Like it or.not, we beat you, we're the National Champions. Lets say you win, does our strength of schedule keep y'all from being the champs? I didn't think so.

I was more excited about Texas. However, that excitement will shift greatly with a win.
