I think most of the billboards across Mississippi are pretty cool, but this one is too much. I love my dawgs and we've had a decent couple years, but State should really stop acting like beating OM the past three years is a giant accomplishment.

This. I really don't understand why Stans keeps him in every game. The only thing he's good for is that he's usually near our basket when we get a defensive rebound, and that's only cause he's too lazy to run down to the other team's side of the court...

This. Maybe State still isn't consistently beating the best teams in the nation true, but we're significantly better than the past years. That's huge for us and I think we're all just crossing our fingers we can keep that up and go up from here.

Mullen's really been pushing the whole egg bowl/beat TSUN thing I know, but I really think he's concerned with more. What I love about him is how concerned he is with building excitement around the team and the season. I really believe a good football program starts with the fans and he's starting to get them more into the game I think. Yeah we had a weak season but I'm still looking forward to good things in the near future.
