re: Women gets full body MRI.. Discovers she has non-ruptured aneurysm

Yeah it was diagnostic. I was getting symptoms of exercise induced compartment syndrome. Ortho said it was overuse due to my running. Ortho asked me if I wanted to see the back specialist. Thought maybe the pain was sciatica. I brought my old mri scans and he said let's get a new one. That led to a laminectomy & tumor removal. At any point before finding I could have just tried to deal with it. I had been struggling with my runs but what else is knew. Full scan sounds like a great idea.

I didn’t have a full body MRI but was having some leg pain that was new. It ended up being a tumor on my spinal cord in the S1 area. Finding it was a blessing.

Fed employee here. I've been RIF'd twice and survived both. I remember the 1st one that went down. This guy sweet talked his buddy supervisor into giving him an 5 on his yearly review. Somehow it got through. When it came layoff time he transferred to another site while a guy who had 4 more years of time than him went to the house.

This. Watching the new CNN video I’m not sure how the helo pilot couldn’t see the landing lights

They openly said they were going after Trump. These gutless cowards want to try to burn a man to the ground and when it doesn’t work they are afraid they might get what they deserve. It was probably why the dems tried way too hard to insinuate Trump was out for revenge during the congressional hearings

re: Spinal Fusion surgery C2-T3 experience

No experience with that procedure but I had a tumor removed from my spinal cord 2 months ago. When he gets home he will need a walker, and some safety rails to get down and up off the toilet. Various ice packs, grabbers, and wedge pillows will also be a big help. Best of luck to your brother.

I think this admin is using this disaster as an opportunity to try to create an event. Its obvious the neglect is intentional. It has to be devastating to the affected people. I can see this pushing good people over the edge.

Chattanooga State on lockdown. "Credible threat"
Posted by Haystack on 8/29/24 at 9:48 am
Hope everyone is ok. Anybody heard anything?
Chattanooga State’s campus was placed on lockdown because of a “credible threat” on Thursday, according to an alert from school officials.
“Get indoors as soon as possible, shelter in place and lock your door,” the alert said at 9:52 a.m.
On social media, officials told people to remain in lockdown until further notice, and to notify campus security of any emergency or personal crisis.
“We have a credible threat on main campus,” spokesperson Nancy Patterson said in a text. “Please do not come to campus.”
