Who said it wasn’t enjoyable? You have your opinion, great for you. Some get tired of hearing about each new horror film being the best/greatest/scariest one yet. It’s not the filmmakers marketing it, it’s the over the top comments. And those do influence people when their expectations are high entering the theater. If you can’t understand that, then it’s probably best to move along.

Maybe, but this film has been talked up quite a bit. Lots of hyperbole around it, starting with reports of a bidding war. The point is, those things bring with them unrealistic expectations that do the film no favors.

No, not at all. Reed said it would take the surfer a month to get out of the black hole. Galactus had to wait for her to return in order to begin the journey. So a month+ at minimum, not days.

Couldn’t agree more. This movie was great. It’s going to do very well and if the same treatment is given to the Doomsday film then the future for Marvel is bright again.

I saw it today. Honestly, I was pissed about switching Norrin Radd for Shalla-Bal, but, the trailers convinced me to give it a chance. And it was really, really good. Those involved in making this film really knew the source material and made a very recognizable fantastic four for those who love these characters. The reports about moving away from a lot of the humor is true but that only made it better. This film should do very well.
